Ragtag Ventures has begun documenting the construction of The Rowan, the second phase of the Hartung Fields Development, through a series of aerial photographs that will be compiled into a full time-lapse video upon project completion.
The time-lapse initiative will chronicle the transformation of the site from early groundwork to final finishes, offering a unique behind-the-scenes look at the construction process of the 210-unit complex. Captured by drone over regular intervals, the footage will showcase the scale, complexity, and craftsmanship involved in bringing The Rowan to life.

The completed video will be shared publicly following The Rowan’s grand opening, giving residents, partners, and the broader community a rare perspective on the evolution of one of Fitchburg’s most anticipated residential projects.
The Rowan is currently under construction at 2674 Botanical Drive, adjacent to The Juniper, the first phase of the Hartung Fields Development.
