Between year-end deadlines and the holiday season moving faster than expected, we realized we never formally shared some exciting news! Ragtag Ventures has acquired 2932 Fish Hatchery Road. We’re thrilled to officially announce that the property will become the future home of Bowman Plaza, a premier mixed-use community set to bring new life to the Fish Hatchery corridor.

The site carries a longstanding legacy in Fitchburg. The existing building—constructed in the 1970s—served as home to a variety of local businesses for decades. Its tenants contributed to the vibrancy of the corridor until the structure ultimately closed in 2020, marking the end of an era and creating an opportunity for meaningful reinvestment.

The new Bowman Plaza building will deliver 278 luxury apartments thoughtfully designed with modern finishes and resident-focused amenities. The community will offer a balanced mix of studio, Micro-one, one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences ideal for young professionals, families, and empty nesters seeking comfort and convenience.
